Women's Concert Chorale
... specializes in the study and performance of repertoire written specifically for women’s voices. The ensemble has a rich tradition of excellence and is comprised of students from various academic disciplines. In addition to regular concerts, the ensemble tours annually, and is one of the featured ensembles at UW-Eau Claire’s Viennese Ball. Women’s Concert Chorale has performed at several music conventions including the Wisconsin Music Educators Association Fall Conference (October 2002), the Wisconsin Choral Directors Association Convention (January 2007), and the American Choral Directors Association North Central Division Convention (March 2008). Recent international tours include The People’s Republic of China (2005), South Africa (2009) and Northern Ireland (2014). In 2018, the ensemble will tour Central Europe.

In addition to excellence in performance, Women’s Concert Chorale prides itself on the strong bonds of friendship and sisterhood, which they foster through their study and performance of meaningful repertoire.
