7th - Voice and Choral Area Kick-off - Gantner Concert Hall - 5:00pm
- Come and meet all of the faculty and staff in the UWEC Voice and Choral Area
- The Symphonic Choir retreat allows members to spend time together making music and strengthen their sense of community.
- An opportunity for all students involved in choral ensembles at the University to meet each other while laying the foundation and groundwork necessary for choral collaboration.

6th - Varsity Night Live - Zorn Arena - 7:00pm
- This campus-wide event affords several choral ensembles the opportunity to show UWEC what the choral department has to offer. In this exciting performance, students will be exposed to numerous acts and groups that will leave them wanting more. Features The Singing Statesmen. Tickets will be made available at a later date.
- This thrilling performance begins the annual Clearwater Choral Festival Tradition, a two-day event that has played an active role in the development of the UWEC Choral Department and the surrounding communities. In this performance, audience members will witness the collaboration of all UWEC A Cappella has to offer; a must-see show for any age group. Features Innocent Men, Audacious, Callisto, Fifth Element, and Impromptu along with performances by Memorial High School's Noteworthy and River Fall High School's Unstrumental. - A staple of the UWEC Choral Tradition is the annual Clearwater Choral Festival welcomes over 250 talented high school musicians from schools throughout the upper Midwest. Student musicians are selected through director nomination and spend the day learning and rehearsing with UWEC Choral Faculty. After spending the day learning and perfecting choral music, the festival choir gets the opportunity to take the stage with the esteemed UWEC choral ensembles. - Every year, UWEC sends one of its 3 touring ensembles to perform in regions away from the Chippewa Valley to perform in a number of venues, as well as collaborate with local high school programs. TBD - Wisconsin State Chapter NATS Auditions - All Day
- Outstanding vocal musicians from all over Wisconsin meet for two days of excellent solo performances of classic operas and musicals. Throughout this two-day event, students will compete to advance to the finals to display their talents and work as professional musicians.
- Concert Choir and the Women's Concert Chorale take the stage in a concert that will be sure to show what choral excellence means. In this concert, audiences will hear the power of UWEC choral ensembles as they collaborate on some of the classic, and contemporary, pieces of the choral repertoire.
- Novum Voce, or "a new voice" as it means in Latin, combines the characteristics of the typical chamber ensemble with vibrant and new styles of music, ranging from the Renaissance Era to more contemporary works. Features Novum Voce. Tickets will be made available at a later date.
- The Symphonic Choir is comprised of community members, UWEC faculty and staff, and students from all colleges across the university. The ensemble’s mission is to present major choral works and projects featuring a collaboration with other instrumental and choral ensembles.
- The nationally recognized TTBB ensemble, The Singing Statesmen take the Gantner stage to reprise the repertoire from their annual fall tour, featuring vibrant and engaging works spanning the history of tenor-bass music Filled with audience favorites, cherished classics, and modern marvels, The Singing Statesmen Fall Concert will surely have you clapping your hands and stomping your feet. As always, Statesmen alumni are warmly invited to join the students on stage to close the concert with the singing of traditional cherished Statesmen anthems.
- "Wisconsin's Singing University" invites you to join us for an afternoon of choral excellence that will feature all of the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire choral ensembles. This performance provides our community with a unique opportunity to hear the continued legacy of choral music at UWEC.

4th - Holiday Concerts - Pablo Center at the Confluence, RCU Theatre - 2:00pm & 6:00pm
- The university is proud to present a concert that aims at collaboration between a variety of ensembles for the annual Holiday Concert. UWEC is proud to host the annual Holiday Concert at the Confluence in an effort to truly bridge the university with the local arts scene of Eau Claire. - As one of UWEC's proudest productions, Cabaret is entirely student-run, from the music arrangers, to the singers and dancers, and even the orchestra. This show will is sure to have you dancing from your chairs, singing out loud, and applauding for more, more, and more! Tickets will be made available at a later date.
- This brand new all-day festival will offer students a space to learn and perform within a tenor-bass specific ensemble with singers from across the region. Students will sing repertoire fit for the tenor-bass voice in a supportive and fun atmosphere, and will have the opportunity to participate in side-by-side rehearsals and performance with UWEC's Singing Statesmen. 1st-3rd - Concert Choir & Women's Concert Chorale Spring Tour - Minneapolis
13th-15th - Artist-in-Residence - Gantner Concert Hall - 7:30pm (15th)
- Every year, UWEC sends one of its 3 touring ensembles to perform in regions away from the Chippewa Valley. This year, our Concert Choir and Women's Concert Chorale will travel and perform in a number of venues, as well as collaborate with local high school programs. If you are interested in having our ensembles perform/clinic with your group, contact Frank Watkins at watkinfa@uwec.edu.
- We are excited to host the Clearwater Choral Invitational which will feature an entire day of choirs from all across the region. Each choir will get the opportunity to perform and clinic with a renowned choral conductor.
13th-15th - Artist-in-Residence - Gantner Concert Hall - 7:30pm (15th)
- Each year, UWEC choral students get the opportunity to work with a deeply established figure in the modern music scene. In this 3-day collaborative event, choirs will have the opportunity to work one-on-one with a composer, singing music, asking questions, and immersing themselves in the choral music. - Travel with us for a two-night adventure to Vienna, Austria... not really. With the transformation of the student center, you would believe that you traveled right from Wisconsin to Austria. Filled with dancing, drinking, music, and more, this excursion to Vienna will be the best ball this side of the Atlantic. Gemücklikeit!

16th - Concert Choir & Symphonic Choir Concert - Pablo Center at the Confluence, RCU Theatre - 5:00pm
- This concert features the combined forces of the University Symphony Orchestra, Symphonic Choir and Concert Choir. Under the direction of Dr. Frank A. Watkins and Dr. Christopher G. McGinley, this spring concert serves as the culminating concert of our season.
- Women's Concert Chorale ends their 2022-23 season with one final Spring Concert. Consistently blowing audiences away with their united, free tone, Women's Concert Chorale shows a mastery of choral repertoire with a sound only achieved through strong community.
- The pinnacle for the Statesmen 2022-23 season is this Spring concert which combines the vast amount of work and dedication that this men's ensemble has worked for all year long. This event often sells out, so get your tickets in advance, and be prepared to be amazed, once again, by UWEC's choral excellence.
